Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
